Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Digital Products eBooks and downloadable materials are delivered instantly via email upon purchase confirmation. No shipping applies.
International Shipping We currently ship physical products within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us at support@leadershiplearningnexus.com.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
